CRAB IMPERIAL

1 lb backfin crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
Pinch pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 tbsp melted butter

Mix ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.
