CRAB CASSEROLE

Category: Casseroles - Seafood

1 lb crabmeat, well drained
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard and old bay seasoning
1 tsp capers
Ritz cracker crumbs, for topping

Combine first 6 ingredients and place in a buttered casserole, top with crackers crumbs and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
