CRAB CASSEROLE

1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
1 onion, grated
1/2 tsp salt
Dash Tabasco sauce
2 lb backfin crab meat
3/4 cup soft bread cubes
1/2 cup melted butter
Paprika
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour over crab meat and mix lightly. Place in 6 au gratin dishes.
Combine bread cubes and butter; sprinkle over top of crab mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 6.
Good served with Beaujolais wine.
