CRAB AU GRATIN I

1 lb backfin crab meat
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine
8 tbsp butter
2 onions, chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 can mushroom pieces, drained
1 cup American cheese, grated

Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add crabmeat, soup and mushrooms. Blend well; add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly.
