HOT MEXICAN CORN DIP

2 cans Mexi-corn, drained
1 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Parmesan cheese, topping

Combine ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
