HOT CRAB DIP III

Category: Dips - Seafood Hot


1 lb lump crab meat
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup half and half
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
6-10 thin slices Swiss cheese, for topping

Cream together until smooth, add crab meat last. Spread into a shallow baking dish and top with cheese slices. bake at 400 until cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately with bagel chips and lemon wedges.
