HOT CRAB ARTICHOKE DIP

1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Pinch garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 (6 oz) cans lump crabmeat, drained and picked through
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese or
Garnish, Sliced green onions, chopped red bell pepper

Cook and stir red pepper and green onions in oil in skillet until tender. Mix together next 9 ingredients in a bowl and stir in pepper mixture. Fold in crabmeat and artichoke hearts. Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish and serve hot with crackers.
