1 cup chopped onion
2 (16 oz) cans refried beans
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips, as a topping for nachos, or as a burrito filling. Makes 4 cups.
