SEAFOOD SCAMPE WITH VEGETABLES OVER ANGEL HAIR PASTA

Angel hair pasta, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup shrimp and scallops
1/2 cup scallions
1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup (combined) green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup asparagus tips
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
Garlic and herb seasoning

While pasta is cooking, heat oil and butter in a large skillet and add vegetables, seafood and sprinkle with seasoning mix. Cook until seafood is done, stirring occasionally. If needed, add more butter. Serve over drained pasta.
