BOURBON BEEF JERKY

4 lbs round steak, partially frozen and cut into strips

Marinade
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt and coarse ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder and nutmeg

Marinate meat strips overnight. Drain and place a cooling rack on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven at 135-140 degrees or until dry.
