1/2 tsp
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 whole chicken breasts, split
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp chopped chives
1/3 cup sauterne wine
Cooked rice with 1/2 tsp dry Italian salad dressing mix added to cooking liquid
In a skillet, combine butter and dressing mix; add chicken and brown until golden. Place in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Blend with remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour. Baste with sauce occasionally. Serve over rice. Serves 6
