SIRLOIN WITH NEW ORLEANS BUTTER SAUCE - Easy

Category: Steaks - Beef

1 boneless sirloin steak, about 1 1/2 lbs

Butter sauce
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice and chopped parsley
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Broil or grill steak to desired doneness, about 7 minutes per side for medium.

While steak is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Simmer until sauce is golden brown. When steak is done, place on cutting board and spoon sauce over steak. Let stand 3-5 minutes and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices. Spoon sauce over slices again. Serve immediately.
