2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
4 small yellow squash, cut into halves
1 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 2 inch slices
8 green onions cut into 3-inch pieces
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp tequila
1 1/2 tbsp Triple Sec
2 tbsp kosher salt and chili powder
Juice of 2 limes

Combine tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini and green onions in bowl; mix well. Pour mixture of oil tequila, Triple Sec, kosher salt and chili powder over vegetables, stirring to coat. Grill vegetables over hot coals until tender, turning frequently. Remove to platter; drizzle with limejuice. Garnish with lime wedges, fresh cilantro and sliced jalapenos. Serves 8
