Grilled - BARBECUED PORTABELLA BRISKET

Rub
2 tbsp salt, packed brown sugar and sweet paprika
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp celery salt, garlic or onion powder
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
4 large portabella caps, about 1 lb
1 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat grill. Combine ingredients for rub. Brush mushrooms with melted butter. Rub half a tsp of rum on both sides of each mushroom. Grill, turning once, until they are browned and tender, about 10 minutes. To serve, slice mushrooms on an angle and serve with favorite bbq sauce. Makes 4 portions
