BBQ SAUCE

1 gallon ketchup
7 1/2 oz liquid smoke
5 oz shot hot pepper suce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice concentrate
1/2 cup butter
5 tbsp bbq spice
3 1/2 lbs brown sugar

Combine everthing but the brown sugar and bring to a slow boil. Cool. Stir in brown sugar and continue to stir about every 30 minutes while the sauce is cooling.
