CORDON BLEU PORK CHOPS

4 thin slices provolone cheese
4 center-cut boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick
4 slices ham
6 tbsp mayonnaise
Shake and Bake, for breading
Preheat oven to 425. Place cheese and ham on pork chops. On a pie plate, mix breading mixture in 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise over each chop, then into the breading mixture.
Press over the pork chops to coat evenly on both sides and edges. Transfer to a baking rack. Bake 16-22 minutes. Remove chops from oven and let rest on rack 5-10 minutes. Serves immediately. Serves 4
