GOOEY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 bag of minature peanut butter cups

Cream together peanut butter, butter, and shortening. Add sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat. Add dry in half batches; mix, scrape. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll in 1 inch balls, flatten on nonstick sheet pan with a fork and in the center lightly press in a minature reese's peanut butter cup. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
