*SUMMER FRUIT PIZZA*

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain and reserve juice)
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Assorted sliced fruit
Kiwi
Strawberries
Green seedless grapes
Peaches
Blueberries
Mandarin oranges (drain and reserve juice)
Bananas

Cut cookie dough; lay on pizza pan. Bake as directed and cool.

Mix cream cheese and sugar and spread over dough. Spread pineapple over cream cheese, then layer fruit.

Cook juice from mandarin oranges and pineapple with cornstarch until thickened, then drizzle over fruit and serve.
