APPLE PIZZA

2 cup baking mix
1/2 cup cold water
4 med. apples, peeled & thinly sliced
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 to 3 tbsp butter
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix first two ingredients, pat dough into pizza pan. Crimp edges. Spread apples over dough, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples. Dot with butter, sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350or 30 minutes.
