CRAB AND SHRIMP APPETIZER BALLS

1 cup Rice Krispies (crushed to 1/2 cup)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 cups Rice Krispies
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp light reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1/4 tsp liquid pepper sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 (6 oz) pkg frozen crab, thawed, finely chopped
4 oz cleaned raw shrimp, finely chopped

Cilantro Sauce
6 tbsp light reduced calorie mayonnaise
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 tbsp finely chopped green onions
1/4 tbsp liquid pepper sauce

In small bowl, combine the crushed Rice Krispies cereal and cheese. Set aside for coating.

In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine remaining ingredients. Using level tbsp, shape into balls. Roll balls in crushed cereal and cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot with Cilantro Sauce.

To make Cilantro Sauce, thoroughly combine all sauce ingredients and store in refrigerator. Serve cold with Appetizer Balls.
