CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE I - Easy

Crust
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cups whipped topping
Topping
2 small pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk
Chopped nuts
Additional whipped topping
Combine crust ingredients and pat firmly in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20- minutes; remove from oven and cool completely. Blend cream cheese and sugar; fold in whipped topping. Spread in cold crust.
Combine pudding and milk. Whip until firm. Put on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with additional whipped topping. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate overnight.
