3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp minced peeled ginger root
2 tsp garlic vinegar
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper sauce
4 pork chops, about 3/4 inch thick

Preheat broiler. In a 13x9 inch baking pan, mix together and add pork chops, turning to coate with mixture. Broil pork chops for 10 minutes, turning once, until they lose their pink color throughout. Place chops on serving plate. Skim fat from pan juices; pour over chops.
