SPINACH ARTICHOKE BAKE

2 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, chopped and squeezed dry
1 (14 1/2 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained reserving 1/4 cup liquid, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 (8 oz) pkg mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1/4 tsp EACH salt and pepper
1/2 cup EACH grated parmesan and Swiss cheese

Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until tender. Gently stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, liquid, sour cream, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
