2 tbsp oil
1 (32 oz) pkg frozen vegetables
1 oz pkg ranch salad dressing mix
Combine dressing mix with oil in a large bowl; toss in vegetables. Bake in a casserole dish at 375 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
