TANGY CHICKEN

Category: Chicken

2 to 2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Heinze 57 steak sauce
1/2 cup water

Brown chicken in butter; drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover, simmer for 40 minutes or until chicken is tender, baste occasionally. Remove cover, simmer an additional 10 minutes; skimming excess frat from sauce. Serve sauce over chicken. Serves 4
