Shelly's Recipe

HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

1 (2 lb) bag hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup onions, chopped or 1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tbsp butter, melted
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken or cream of broccoli soup
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper

Topping
1/2 cup seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick melted butter

Mix all together; put in greased 3 quart casserole. Mix together stuffing and butter with a fork and sprinkle over top of casseriole. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
