BAKED HERB FISH

2 lbs white fish fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt and marjoram leaves
1/3 tsp thyme leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup white wine
Paprika and lemon wedges, garnish

Preheat oven to 350. Wash and pat dry fillets and place in a baking dish. Combine oil with salt and herbs. Drizzle over fish. Top with bay leaves and onions. Sprinkle with paprika. Pour water over and bake, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4
