1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup apple jelly, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 cups celery, finely sliced
3 apples, diced unpeeled
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Combine ingredients except pecans, tossing to coat chicken. Taste first salt, if needed and chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with pecans. Serves 6-8
