TUNA SALAD

Category: Salads - Seafood

For each can of tuna, drained well

Combine with:
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 tsp minced sweet bell pepper
1 tbsp minced red onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp crab seasoning
Pinch parsley flakes
Enough mayonnaise to hold it together
Salt and pepper, to taste

Sreve at is or place a variety of salad greens in serving plates and garnish with tomato wedges, quartered eggs and cucumber slices.
