*TERIYAKI CHICKEN*

Category: Chicken

3/4 cu soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cooking sherry
1/2 tsp ground ginger and garlic powder
2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag and turn to coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. Place chicken in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
