1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tspdried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp salt, coarse ground black pepper and dried thyme leaves
2 large cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Rub evenly over the surface of your favorite steaks for grilling.
