SKILLET HASH

4 cups ground beef
2 cups chopped potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1 pkg brown grave mix, dissolved to directions
1/4 cup bacon grease or shortening
1 tbsp crushed garlic

Brown meat and vegetables in grease. Add seasonings and garlic. Cook until heated through. Mix with gravy mixture. Continue to fry slowly until brown and crisp.
