TETRAZINI DELUXE

1 (16 oz) pkg linguine, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 cup butter
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup minced onion and green or red bell pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cup chicken broths
2 soup cans water
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup sherry
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce and salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
4 cup chopped cooked turkey or chicken
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a saucepan and saute vegetables until tender. Stir in soup, broth and water, cook, stirring until heated through. Add remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese. Pour into a greased 11x14 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until heated through. Serves 12
