IMPOSSIBLE PEACHES AND CREAM PIE

3 (16 oz) cans peaches, drained OR 3 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup Whipping cream
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup baking mix

Almond Streusel:
1 tbsp butter, firm
1/4 cup baking mix
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 cup whipped cream for garnish

Make almond streusel. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Pat peach slices dry, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, toss. Spread evenly in plate.

Beat cream, large eggs, sugar and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Top each serving with whipped cream.
