Put an unopened can of condensed milk in water to cover; bring to a boil and slowly boil for 3 hours, keeping can covered in water. Allow water to cool and take can out of water and refrigerate overnight. The next day, open both ends of can so the milk will slide out. Roll in crushed nuts to cover it and refrigerate it. When ready, just slice and top with whipped cream.
