8 large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped fine
1 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
In a bowl, combine chopped stems with remaining ingredients and stuff the mushrooms with the mixture. Bake in a shallow pan for 8-10 minutes at 450. Serve immediately.
