ITALIAN STUFFED MUISHROOMS VII

12 large mushroom, stems removed and chopped
2 tbsp olive oil and red wine
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Asiago or parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Preheat oven to 375. Heat the oil in a skillet. Cook the stems in the oil for 3 minutes. Add the wine and cook for 1 minute longer. Remove from heat. Toss in remaining ingredients and stuff the caps. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
