ITALIAN STUFFED SAUSAGE MUSHROOMS

1 cup ground beef and Italian sausage or a combination of mild and hot Italian sausage
Dash of garlic salt
2 tbsp minced onions, grated Romano and mozzarella cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup water
30-36 mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
Olive oil
Ground pepper

Clean mushrooms thoroughly. Brown the meat; add the onions and stems in a little olive oil. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Stuff each mushroom cap and place on a greased pan. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
