1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
2-3 bananas, mashed
Icing
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp shortening
4 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup pecans, ground
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a cookie sheet. Combine cake ingredients. Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Icing: Blend ingredients thoroughly and spread on warm cake.
