BONELESS PORK CHOPS MEXICALI

4 (1 inch) thick boneless pork center loin chops
4 oz can green chilies, chopped
2 tsp oregano
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp oil

In a blender or food processor, place first 5 ingredients and puree until smooth. Marinate chops in mixture 4-24 hours, refrigerated. Heat ol in heavy skillet. Remove chops from marinade, pat dry and pan-broil 7=8 minutes on each side. Serves 4
