BOILED PORK CHOP DINNER

4 (3 oz) boneless pork chops
4 medium potatoes
1 head cabbage

Boil 2 cups in a Dutch oven. Cut cabbage up and separate outer leaves; let set in cold water 15 minutes. Drain. Add to boiling water green leaves. Trim edges of fat on chops; salt and pepper both sides. Lay on top of cabbage. Cut potatoes in quarters and put around edge of pot. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until meat is done. Serves 4
