CHEESE AND PESTO TOASTS

1/2 cup pesto sauce
15 slices Italian bread, toasted
30 slices plum tomato (about 5 medium tomatoes)
1 (10 oz) pkg extra sharp natural cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

Heat broiler. Spread pesto on toasted bread slices. Top each toast slice with 2 tomato slices and 2 cheese slices. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
