HONEY GLAZE for Baked Ham

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup dry sherry
1/4 cup honey
5 tbsp Country-style Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
Combine ingredients. After ham has baked for 1 3/4 hours, increase temperature to 425. Pour juices from ham so that the fat can be easily skimmed after it has cooled. Trim off excess frat from ham; score into 3/4 inch diamond shapes with a sharp knife and coat generously with glaze. Turn heat back down to 325 and bake for 15 minutes, glazing occasionally. Decorate ham with pineapple rings and glaze again. Bake an additional 15 minutes. (Make sure to allow the ham to rest before slicing.)
