1 1/2 to 2 cups canned chicken
1 medium apple, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp celery seed
1 1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve in sandwiches or with crackers.
