CHICKEN SALAD SPREAD

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cups finely cut up cooked chicken
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cups sliced green onions.

Optional garnishes
Sesame seeds
Chopped green or red bell pepper
Chopped pitted ripe olives
Pimento

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Stir in next 4. Shape into a log or individual balls and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm. Garnish as desired. Serve with assorted crackers.
