CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE - Easy

3 lbs chicken, boil and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup chopped onion, sauteed
1 can cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup
1-2 tsp chili powder
Garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper, to taste
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes with juice
1/2 pkg tortilla chips, crushed
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 9 ingredients and place in a casserole. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes and then uncover and continue to bake until cheese browns slightly.
