SOUTHWESTERN CASSEROLE - Easy

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkg Rice-A-Roni Spanish Rice
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 small green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp chili powder

Brown ground beef with onion, peppers and celery and chili powder. Mix Rice-A- Roni as directed.

In a casserole, mix the ground beef mixture with the rice mixture. Add the stewed tomatoes and whole kernel corn, salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
