2 teaspoons Instant Espresso Powder
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter - softened
1½ Cups Powdered Sugar
3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Instant Espresso Powder
2 teaspoons Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (or shortening)

(1) Preheat oven to 350°F

(2) Mix together dry ingredients - cocoa, espresso powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

(3) Using a hand mixer, mix sugar and melted butter. Add eggs and mix.

(4) Slowly add dry ingredients while mixing.

(5) Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil....
