CHEESE TORTELLINI SOUP

3 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (32 oz) can chicken broth
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
1 (10 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed

In a saucepan, cook bacon until crisp, about 4 minutes. Take out of pan, crumble and reserve. Add onion to saucepan and cook until soft. Stir I garlic and cook 1 minute more. Increase heat to high, add broth and bring to a boil. Stir in tortellini and cook 10 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook 3 minutes more. Serves 4
