3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup sweetened puree strawberries (fresh)
3/4 cup self-rising flour

Frosting
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar

In a mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar and strawberries. Then add flour and mix. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Sprinkle a dish towel with powdered sugar, turn cake onto dish towel, then sprinkle cake. Roll up in towel, cool 2 hours. Unroll and frost with frosting.

Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar for 2 minutes.

After spreading frosting on cake, lay fresh sliced strawberries all over frosting, then roll up. Wrap in waxed paper, then foil wrap. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
